Mother Goes To Jail For Putting Child In Oven

Now someone just made it to the list of worst mother of all times when a mother was sentenced to life imprisonment after it was found that she killed her one month old daughter cooking her inside a microwave oven.

Ka Yang, 34 has been charged with first degree murder and child assault for allegedly putting her baby, Mirabelle Thao-Lo in a oven in Sacramento, California in March 2011. Yang is married and had three other children.

Evidence presented against her during her trial made a shocking revelation that the baby was discovered with 60 per cent burns on her body which included radiation burns but her hair and clothing were intact. A dummy was also found inside the microwave. The innocent was believed to have been put there for two and half minutes.

 When interrogated police found a lot of inconsistencies in her story which led to her arrest. Later she admitted that she was lying and even suggested that she had split personalities. Later on she publicly admitted committing to this crime during her trial.

Now she will be serving 26 years in jail for her inhumane actions. People who were watching the news said they could not believe what they were hearing and it was a terrible and unfortunate incident.

We all dream of giving the nest of the worlds to our children. Be it shelter, food or happiness, when the miracle of birth happens we become a part of something special and promise ourselves that we would never let anything happen to our little one. While some people sure don’t feel the same way and are destined to be punished.
