How do you feel being the winner?
The only thing I can say is thank God I wasn’t expecting it. I am amazed, surprised and speechless.
Did you ever envisage you will win the crown?
Honestly I wasn’t expecting it because this was a competition that had a lot of beautiful and brilliant young ladies. So I was not expecting it.
How was your experience in the camp?
I learnt so much in camp because I know what I came for. So I made sure I did all that was expected of me.
So being Miss Grand what do we expect from you?
First of all I have to work hard to win Miss Grand International. As a beauty queen, I would like to impact positive knowledge in women and to focus more on empowering women by organizing workshops and seminars in order to enlighten them on being successful and independent. That is what I intend working on.
So talking about international miss grand you are really prepared for it?
Yes I am.
What went through your mind when you were announced winner?
I was not expecting it, so I had a rethink to know if it was me. I am still shocked.
How do you intend spending your prize money?
First, I would pay my tithe and use the remaining to rebrand myself.
What are the things that are likely to change about you?
I am Ifeoma and intend to remain that way. I don’t think anything is going to change about me.
Aside representing Nigeria internationally and the N1million cash prize, what other gifts were you given?
I get to act in Tonto Dikeh’s next movie, one year supply of shoes and bags, Power Horse fridge, towels and supply, modeling contract with QLA Nigeria Limited and much more.
