A fuel truck fell and crushed a car at Ikorodu road today 25th Sept, 2016 at about 4:08am . According to the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency, the Mack Truck with registration number AGL 664 XG laden with 33,000 litre PMS, belonging to Forte Oil, fell due to the overspeeding of the driver.  'While the truck was trying to turn at the round-about, it fell on another Hyunda Saloon Car and the only occupant, an unidentified adult male died in the car.'  The prompt response of LASEMA, Lagos State Fire Service, LASTMA, Civil Defense, FRSC and The Nigeria Police force to the scene for recovery operation prevented the incident from escalting into a major disaster with the spillage and also promiximity of the incident to a filling station. The truck was carefully lifted, while the dead body was extricated and subsequently taken to Ikorodu General Hospital Mortuary. Lovemaking turned sorrow for a Kano couple after an unidentified person poured acid on them during sexual intercourse. 59 year old HIV positive man, Monday Ekpade (pictured), has been arrested by the Delta state police command for sexually assaulting a 6 year old girl in Agbor on Sept 4th. According to Monday, he had s*x with the minor because he believed that sleeping with her would cure him of HIV.   Speaking on his arrest, the spokesperson of the state police command, Celestina Kalu, said “On the 4th of this month, we got a report from our division in Agbor, that one Monday defiled a small girl of six years. In a statement signed by Mustapha Fagge, Public Relations Officer, Office of the Head of Service, Kano state, civil servants in the state who are yet to be paid have been warned not to stage protests. “The attention of the office of the Head of Service has been drawn to a text message being sent through social media to workers who have not received their salary. “The message calls on the workers to assemble at Audu Bako Secretariat on Friday, Sept. 23 in order to protest,” the statement said. While urging the workers to disregard the text message, it said that security agents had been alerted to deal ruthlessly with any person or group that participated in the illegal protest. The statement also disclosed that those sending the text message were workers who had perpetrated fraud in the payment of salaries over the years. The Magistrate, Mrs Helen Omisore, granted Ndukwe bail in the sum of N1 million with two responsible sureties in like sum. A 23-year-old, self-acclaimed pastor, Nkechinyere Ndukwe, on Thursday appeared before an Ebute Meta Chief Magistrates’ Court for allegedly stealing jewellery valued at N10 million. Ndukwe is facing a three-count charge bordering on conspiracy, stealing and obtaining under false pretence. When the charge was read out to the accused, she entered a plea of not guilty. The Magistrate, Mrs Helen Omisore, granted Ndukwe bail in the sum of N1 million with two responsible sureties in like sum. A vile man has been caught sexually molesting a dog in the rain totally n*ked to the chagrin of people.  A shameless man has been arrested by police in Georgia on a bestiality charge after he was allegedly caught having s*x with a relative’s dog outside. Reinaldo Diaz ,68, of Statesboro, was arrested on Tuesday while in the act. Dailymail reports that officers arrived on the scene and saw Diaz engaging in a sexual act with the male pit bull at around 4.40pm on September 13. Investigators initially met up with witnesses who recorded video and took pictures allegedly showing Diaz assaulting the dog, which was lying on its back in the rain, reported the Statesboro Herald. Diaz who has a disfigured nose was taken into custody by the police. The owner of the dog is a woman who is related to Diaz by marriage and lives next door to Diaz’s apartment.
